HEY, I'M RACHELE!

Fitness Trainer & Coach — on a mission to rebuild women’s strength, energy, and connection to food, fitness, and their body.

Throughout my 20s, I could not stick to a routine. I was on and off diets, in and out of gyms, constantly searching for something that would finally "work."

But after ending up in the emergency room with a burst ovarian cyst at 26, I knew I had to take control of my lifestyle once and for all.

I tried everything over the next few years — programs, YouTube workouts, running marathons, detox challenges. Some things worked for a while, but nothing ever lasted.

It wasn’t until the year I was turning 30, that I finally cracked the code: I went on to build a deeper relationship with food and movement and shifted my goals entirely to focus on ENERGY vs. aesthetics.

That shift transformed my life in ways I had never imagined.

Now, I’m on a mission to help women experience their own version of that same transformation, too.
