Do I need equipment? What equipment do I need?
The programs calls for:
- A variety of dumbbells—light, medium, and heavy. Ideally a rack of 5-15 lbs or 5-25 lbs would work best!

- At least 1 resistance band
- Optional ankle/wrist weights such as Bala bangles

Will I see results?

Are the workouts different?
For this challenge, we are focused on traditional progressive overload.
Therefore, the workouts will be the same each week for 4 weeks. It's your responsibility to add intensity when it feels right.
Each workout video, you'll be guided through different ways to increase intensity whether that be increasing your weight, adding more reps or slight tweaks that make exercises more challenging!

For this program, all 6 workouts are provided to you in full-length, follow-along videos! So Rachele is behind the microphone doing the workout with you and guiding you along the way!
For your "Glutes" day—which is more of a traditional lifting workout—you're given a Weight Tracker, Workout Guide and Demo Videos so you can lift on your own if that's what you prefer.
For this program, all 6 workouts are provided to you in full-length, follow-along videos! So Rachele is behind the microphone doing the workout with you and guiding you along the way!
